I’m bored with writing dog stuff, so I think I’m going to do some wildlife stuff today.
I swear we’ll be back on dogs tomorrow. Tomorrow is Easter for most Christians, so I think I’ll do something on rabbits and Pagan religions.

Aren’t the pagans on trial at the mouth of the elk?
does it look staged?
yes.
particularly as el tigre / jaguar has an EXTREMELY full belly; cats with a full-stomach, in fact overly-full, who are living wild + supporting themselves, have zero interest in squandering calories pestering a coyote over a dead goat.
a, its not worth the exertion.
b, the cat *could* get hurt.
one coyote cannot eat a whole goat anyhow; the next day, the goat will still be there, and the cat can kick some brush over it to keep the vultures off the carcass if her belly is still too full for goat-fillet.
this jaguar is not much bigger than the (male) coyote; shes a big kitten, not a big tough adult.
i think this is fake-wildlife footage done with someones semi-tame wildlings in their south-forty fenced compound…
just for yuks, they turned the kitten loose with the coyote after bringing the goat in to feed the coyote.
the cats not serious about the goat- nor about taking on the coyote; shes just playing around, and with a full-belly shes run out of steam already.
just a hunch… but i;ll play it. ;–)
