Here is footage of me howling with Millie, a German short-haired pointer mix who belongs to my cousin Laura. This footage was taken at my grandpa’s house. Cammie and Rhodie are in the background, and Cammie runs up on my lap to see what kind of nut I am.
I’m the one making the howl that sounds more like a wolf. Millie is joining in with a more coyote-like sound.
Millie started howling at me when she got out of the car, so I just joined in.
I later learned that she loves it when people howl with her.

Well, it is nice to see other “nuts” out there speaking to their animal friends “in their own language”. Nice to know I’m not the only one! lol
Had to turn it waaaaay down, the dogs ran outside to bark hysterically.
So you’re saying I shouldn’t come to you house and get them all stirred up?
They get stirred up anyways. We have at least two or three group howls a day.
Good thing we don’t have neighbors.
I also can do a large dog bark that can fool most dogs.
well that set my buddy of lovely, you can obviously speak chi x jrt too. well done bet my horrible neighbour loved that surprised he wasnt banging on the wall. i think i will play it again.

Well, that was fun. I actually played it several times. Both dogs came running in to see what was up, though I couldn’t get them to join in.
I’m glad everyone enjoyed my beautiful singing voice — every Saturday morning the Tornado Test Sirens go off and we all like to go out into the back yard and serenade the neighborhood.
