The raindrops actually felt very nice.
There is something very nice about warm summer rain hitting your skin.
I can’t quite describe it.
It must be experienced.

Very jealous. We won’t see rain here until October probably. F’n California!
Beautiful photos of the weather and Miley. BTW we do get rain on the coast before October, though not a lot.
We all have a weather cross to bear this ‘summer’. Here in southern England it rained every day throughout April, May, June and much of July. However, I have seldom seen such a profusion of wild flowers and flowering grasses as we have now. The rain stopped here just as the olympic games began, with the jet stream edging north to where it should be – sorry, Scotland. At least, our forests have not caught fire as in so many parts of America and southern Europe!
