   Very pretty! It’s been a great education around the north atlantic region this year about climate change, hasn’t it, and your pictures help reflect part of the scene.
   At this corner the ever changing weather has alway been a topic of daily conversation but never morseso than now with even the sea trying to wash our islands away. Tune into any tv news station now and you get this elaborate moving graphic depicting the rerouted jetsteam as it snakes malevolently now right above us with the increasingly rhetorical question being asked by the presenter – “is it the fault of our man made emissions” and we just shout back at our screens, with mounting incredulity, “how the hell do we know, you’re supposed to be experts so give us a definitive answer won’t you.”
   Meanhile, while you may be freezing under all that snow, retrieverman my cousin in SanFrancisco tells me that she and her fellow Californians are doing an increasingly desperate rain dance!

   How dogs just lie down and relax in the snow like that is amazing. Of course we’ve lived in SoCal for the last 20 years, so I’ve kind of forgotten what it’s like.
