A lionhorse? Bo, but whatever it is, it’s not young. It takes more than a few years to grow a mane like that. My first guess would be an is Icelandic horse, but it looks a bit small. It could just be a feral Shetland or miniature pony?
I was going to guess Icelandic but Skippy beat me to it.
Achondroplastic dwarf in a miniature or some kind of pony?
I was thinking Icelandic pony, as well. My next guess is a Pitcairn pony

By it’s size and coulour it could be the Falabella pony too, which is the smallest of all.
Looks too small to be an Icelandic. Do mini-horses have breeds or are they just all lumped together? I’d vote for Shetland pony or mini-horse.
Judging by the size it could be a Falafella horse.
