Again, this is the image that comes to my mind when the words “golden retriever” are mentioned.
For those of you who don’t know goldens, this rolling around on the floor and nipping each other is a very common behavior. I call it the “Break-Dancing Crocodile” maneuver.

We call the rolling on the back “cockroaching” (or, more precisely, “cock-a-roachin'”, as in “Are you a cock-a-roach???”). My Aussies do this. And my Jasper plays cockroach, while Bouncer pretends to try to rip him to shreds, without actually TOUCHING him that much.
We call THAT being Aussie-gators. :)
