   The animal might be real (as in that is a picture of a tiger), but I can tell it has been doctored. This is not an insult – I could not color a photo like that very well. You can still see some of the cat’s original orange coloration along top his shoulder and his ear. There has also been some smudging done on the cat’s ribcage region.

   Photoshopped! Like Rinalia said, if you zoom into the junction between cat and background some of the original colour can be seen. It’s quite obvious on the right forearm with the green grass in the background.

   Oh, and the bit of ground in the gap between the forearms in is also grayed out.

   Skippy is right about between the forelegs. Same thing happens for the ground between the tail & body.

   It looks like the photoshopper left a smidge of original fur color here & there in the ears, neck & body to make it look more “real” but it’s not artfully done.

   Shopped, but maltese blue tigers have been reported in China. I’d love it if someone could get a real photo of one, but even normal coloured tigers are rare in China now.

   The color is quite doctored.

   If you gave me the original photo, I could make it look like this in about 30 minutes of Photoshop work.
