Pt. Pleasant, West Virginia, chooses not to ban pit bulls

No word yet on the proposed Mothman ban.

Or the decision to revise that historical marker to show that the Battle of Point Pleasant was the last battle in Lord Dunmore’s War, not the first battle of the American Revolution.
