I can include mild (VERY mild) OCD and severe anxiety among my life’s rainbow of challenges; being averse to human company but fairly internet-capable, I enjoy researching animals as an extremely time-consuming hobby. “Aberrant” anything tends to catch my eye fastest, and I’m with Priscilla Lai up there. To me that looks like a melanistic female pheasant, most likely Phasianus colchicus (hardly any help as it’s one of the most variable pheasants).
