New York, You stay high and stay the hell out of my bizness!! This is the funniest thing I’ve seen in a while!!
That was awesome!
Years ago, i moved to a different place. i began to notice that i always felt happy walking home along one stretch of the road after visiting people there. i guessed that it must have been from flowers that bloomed along the road there in the evenings or something like that.
i also noticed that the day after we visted that one couple, i always felt down. i later found out why. their house was full of marijuana smoke – enough that i got high just sitting there. talk about second hand smoke!
marijuana was legal there at that time, but i never bought any of it. i did learn to avoid certain homes unless visiting them was worth the effects.
myself, i like to be me, i don’t like altersed states. but, i am for legalising marijuana.
we had one neighbor who, when he was high he was the nicest guy around, but when he was drunk he was mean. i found this to be true of so many people. marijuana can make the grumpy relaxed and friendly. it can make the fearful and stressed relaxed and friendly. i like stoned neighbors. stoned communities are relaxed and friendly. new york isn’t the only place that needs more stoners.
and putting people in jail for something that has less harmful effects than booze does seem odd. and we already have so many smoking in public bans now, that few changes would be needed.
i know that the tense, the unhappy, and the grouchy would usually feel better if marijuana was legal – their families and co-workers certainly would. and old age has no cure – best to live it relaxed and happy.
and a good tax could be slapped on it, and it wouldn’t cost any more than it does now. but the tax money would go to the US government instead of drug lords in other countries.
