I’ll second that sentiment Peggy. Hell, I wish the Democrats had some too. What we need are pragmatists who are willing to use what works–for the betterment of the majority of citizens–regardless of what “ism” it may have come from.
I remember when Goldwater first ran in AZ; my parents HATED him! My mom ‘accidentally’ kicked him in the shin at a party. Now I wish a lot more conservatives would take him as an example!
