I used to hunt pheasant over Viszla in WI–definitely great gun dogs.
I love 4 Hungarian breeds – Kuvasz, Kommondor, Puli and Vizsla. Great working dogs all those 4..
Vizslas are pointers, flushers and retrievers all in one.
The dog is actually pointing the deer if you look closely.
Indeed he is. And a beautifully made video. Very detailed. 5 stars out of 5.
Is this sika of a different subspecies to the one in Virginia? It seems to have a spotted pattern lacking in the one in the American video.
I suspect its just the angle of the light in relation to the direction the animals are lying. Something akin to seeing the spots on a black leopard–now you see them, now you don’t.
