I hate these people. Yes, I know “hate” is a harsh and hostile word. But I don’t care.

I hate them.

There – that felt at least as good as any colon cleanser snake oil treatment.

Ain’t no good colon cleanser like the stuff they give you for a colonoscopy. (Well, at least that’s what they tell me…I’ve another 15+ years before I’ll hopefully ever need one!)

Everything else is either glorified chemicals, snake oil, or fiber alternative.

As for me, I prefer a lot of whole grains and complex carbs. When the best poos come from either a salad loaded with veggies and nuts, or a bowl of stove-top popcorn, I know I’m doing something right!
