Pterosaur classification fun

Not dinosaurs and not lizards either.

So Scotty ( and everyone else who wants to chime in),

Do you have a favorite extinct animal or era?

I like the extinct elephant like animals and the thylacine, I guess because it might be possible to activate DNA from them, sometime in the future, because there are frozen mammoths and thylacine hides.

But I like tropical eras, because ice ages don’t seem fun. I associate them with die offs.

Incidentally, I hadn’t appreciated that in the 21st century there have already been several new species of birdlike dinosaurs unearthed, so I hung onto a new book about them, borrowed from the local library, long enough to incur a fine of £7.50 and an email reprimanding me!
