I basically accept that it takes all kinds to make the World Go ’round. This guy is just being who he is, but I can imagine a lot of people hating him for that. Africa seems like a really weird place. I watched a documentary on Netflix yesterday that showed some black African’s tip toeing around trying to avoid being eaten by crocodiles or trampled by elephants, while seeking to catch tiny fish to feed their families. They obviously didn’t own guns, or a huge manor with a giant fireplace, for that matter. Very different demeanor they had than this guy, while walking in the woods.
I am not saying one is any better than the other, but while I was watching these Indigenous African guys I was struck by that the thought that a “great white hunter” type wouldn’t be walking like these guys, so tentatively, deferring to elephants and crocs. Then today, I see this clip of a guy who 100% embodies this image I had in my head, strutting around like a Feudal Lord, that he is. Trippy.

How would those dogs fare against hyenas?
