   I have yet to encounter a Pit Bull that didn’t think my face was a salt lick, or that my lap was the world’s most comfortable feather bed. I admit to believing all the negative press before I got my own dog, and started encountering Pits on a daily basis. In terms of personality, the dog they most remind me of are Labs.

   Did you know that one of John Colby’s dogs killed his own young nephew in Boston in 1909?

   Everyone who thinks pit-type dogs make good pets is a douche.

   I am thankful, however, that we live in a country where all sorts of douchey things, like collecting AK-47s, preaching racist ideas, marrying your first cousin, selling pornography, and owning game-bred dogs are legal in (most) places.

   We should however, remind these douches, that they are in fact, huge douches. And that they are lucky that they live in a place that values
   personal freedoms, so that they may indulge in, and promote, their douchey predilictions.

   Thee are many wonderful pit-bull-type dogs, and some bad ones as well.

   Just like people in that regard.
